Our Origins

Why We Started Rad Hires

Our roots are in technology, but Rad Hires was started because of our deep appreciation for pairing exceptional talent with best-in-class companies. As we grow, we are not only continuing to help companies find great tech engineering talent, but also product, design, sales, marketing, and executive talent.
