Rad Hires is a LatAm tech recruiting firm based in New York. Our mission is simple. We help US companies hire senior developers and professionals in Latin America. We also help talented people find meaningful, rewarding work with companies that truly value people and work culture.
Our Philosophy
At Rad Hires, we believe some of the best talent isn’t actively looking for a job. That’s why we built our own Rad Hires Recruitment System to find and attract top talent. As a result, we can place people in great jobs in weeks instead of months.
Our Origins
Our roots are in technology. However, we started Rad Hires because we love pairing exceptional talent with best-in-class companies. As we grow, we still help companies find great engineering talent. In addition, we now recruit product, design, sales, marketing and executive talent. Today our recruiters search across Latin America, including Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Brazil, where candidates share most of the US workday.
