Accessibility Statement

Rad Hires wants everyone to be able to use radhires.com, including people with disabilities. We are working to make our website accessible and easy to use for all visitors.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities.

What we have done

  • Readable text sizes and color contrast for text and buttons
  • Descriptive text for meaningful images
  • A “skip to content” link and visible focus for keyboard users
  • Labeled form fields
  • Headings that follow a logical structure
  • Reduced animation for visitors who turn on “reduce motion” in their device settings

Known limitations

The job listings on our Job Search page are provided by RecruiterFlow, a third-party service. Some parts of that job board may not fully meet our accessibility standard. If you have trouble viewing or applying for a role, contact us and we will help you apply another way.

Feedback and help

If you run into an accessibility problem on our website, or need information in a different format, please let us know. We take every report seriously and will work to fix the issue.

We aim to respond within two business days.

Ongoing work

We review our website regularly and test new pages for accessibility as we add them. This statement was last updated on October 8, 2026.
